On the eve of Star Wars Day (May 4!) and just weeks before the release of the long-awaited Star Trek into Darkness, dust off your phasers and light sabers and come to the Science Center to make the case for your favorite scifi franchise. There will be a costume contest, team trivia and a live debate featuring Webster University's Forensics and Debate Team. This event is designed for adults. Families are welcome.

Through hands-on challenges, authentic artifacts and guidance from real archaeologists, you will unearth the mysteries of Egypt, its culture and its people. Families and adult groups will have a great time uncovering the mysteries of ancient Egypt in this exhibition only available for a limited time at the Saint Louis Science Center.

Begin your journey to Lost Egypt: Ancient Secrets, Modern Science with a ride on a real camel! The camel rides will take place outside of the main building at 5050 Oakland Ave. Rides are $5 for everyone. The camel can seat up to two children with one adult. Children under 4 are required to ride with an adult. As an added feature, pet a baby camel for free! Rides are weather permitting and at the discretion of Double R Exotics.
