Matching your field trip to your curriculum

Are you looking for something special for your group to do during your visit to the Science Center? From exciting introductions to each gallery, such as our “Kick Start” program, to in-depth, hands-on programs throughout the Science Center, as in “Practical Paleontology”, our Exhibit Based Programs can help get your group excited about learning.

Our program offerings span all ages, from early childhood programs, such as “A Sense of Me”, to solving a crime in “Examining the Evidence” for middle and high school students, and are great for all types of groups—scouts, schools and more! All of our programs align with both Missouri and Illinois education standards, making them easy to fit into your curriculum. From a 30 minute Ira & Judy Gall Amazing Science Demonstration for up to 100 people, to an in-depth 2 hour robotics program, “Lego MINDSTORMS™ Robotics Adventure - Deluxe Edition”, for 24 students—you are sure to find just the right program for your group.

Bring science to life with experiences your students will remember for a lifetime! A Science Center field trip, complete with a Gallery Program, is a great way to introduce new topics, enhance your classroom curriculum and have fun exploring science!
