COVID-19 Membership FAQ
What are the new guidelines for visiting the Science Center?
The Saint Louis Science Center is open to the public. View our current hours of operations. Building capacity & venue capacity has been significantly limited temporarily for your safety. General ticket reservations as well as venue tickets (i.e. OMNIMAX Theater, McDonnell Planetarium) are required to reserve your spot. For our safety precautions, reopening plans, and ticketing requirements, please read our guidelines and safety procedures. While most of our venues will be open, please note that during this time the Discovery Room will be closed until further notice. For a list of current & new membership benefits, please see our membership information.
Why do I still need a timed ticket reservation if I am a Science Center Member?
Reservations allow us to monitor the occupancy within the Science Center and adequately adhere to physical distancing guidelines. Please view our safety precautions, reopening plans, and ticketing requirements for more information.
Will there still be member events?
Yes. Virtual and onsite member events and registrations will be announced via email and in our printed member magazine NewScience. If we do not have your email address or your most up-to-date email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
