Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts have the opportunity to earn badges at the Science Center throughout the year with our Scout workshops.

Girl Scout Workshops: $10 / Workshop, $14 / Off-site Workshop
Cub Scout Workshops: $10 / Workshop, $14 / Off-site Workshop
Boy Scout Workshops: $12 / Workshop, $15 / Off-site Workshop
To reserve a private Scout workshop, please call 314.289.4439 or email education@slsc.org. Reserve multiple private workshops on the same day and receive $2 off each Scout for each consecutive workshop.
Activity Patches are not available at the Saint Louis Science Center.
Scout Fest
Imagine two full days of programs and discounts, just for Scouts! All uniformed Scouts are eligible for discounts on tickets to OMNIMAX® Theater films, shows at the McDonnell Planetarium and the Discovery Room. Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts from any council or district are welcome. Note that Activity Patches are not available at the Saint Louis Science Center. Scouts will receive a souvenir participation patch.

Register early!
Depending on the workshop, there is a maximum of 20-25 spots available and workshops fill up fast. Registration ends on the Friday before the event. After this time, new registrations, additions and cancellations cannot be processed.
Parking
Vehicles may be parked in the main lot for $10 per vehicle or at the Planetarium lot for free. Drivers who park in the main lot may pick up a coupon for $5 off parking at check-in.
Chaperones
One adult chaperone is required to accompany every five Scouts to workshops. Chaperones are not required to register or pay. Additional adults beyond the one-to-five ratio may be asked to leave the classroom if space is at a premium.
Boy Scout Workshops
Working together as a unit, Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts of all ages will learn science and build stronger bonds while achieving some or all of the requirements for hard-to-get badges. Certified Merit Badge counselors are available. You can schedule workshops and programs at the time and place of your choice. Choose any or all of the badges listed below.

Girl Scout Workshops
As a group, your Scouts will have fun learning science and completing badge requirements. Certified Merit Badge counselors are available. Schedule workshops and programs at the time and place of your choice. Girl Scout troops can choose any or all of the badges listed below:
