Exploring the tanks and stills at the heart of an innovator on the microbrewing scene, Einstein Society members saw (and sipped!) the science behind a big part of St. Louis culture right at its source inside 4 Hands Brewery & Tasting Room.
After meeting at the brewery’s location in downtown St. Louis, attendees engaged with 4 Hands brewers and team members as they gave guided tours of the facility, adding a hefty pour of insight into the processes that turn yeast and grain into styles of beer and spirits.
The thirst for learning and fellowship didn’t stop there. Attendees enjoyed snacks and shared toasts among new friends—all connected by a shared excitement of exploring science in St. Louis, even in the most unexpected places.
Thank you to our Einstein Society members for joining us, and cheers to 4 Hands Brewing for their continued partnership and support!
