Earth is the only place we know life exists. The possibility of life beyond Earth has long inspired the imagination of humanity. Two exciting possibilities for life beyond Earth are the moons Europa and Enceladus. Both moons show evidence of liquid water under their frozen surface, and as such are intriguing possibilities for life. NASA is currently planning the Europa Clipper mission that will make several flybys of Europa to see if it has conditions suitable for life.  See JPL’s Europa Clipper information pages here.
