That’s right, the 26th President of the United States Theodore Roosevelt visited South America in 1913 and witnessed a group of piranhas devour an entire cow. He called them the “most ferocious fish in the world,” and his tales of these tiny blood crazy fish began the myth of piranhas as dangerous maneaters.
