Vendor Opportunities

The Saint Louis Science Center regularly solicits requests for proposals for products and services.

The Saint Louis Science Center is pleased to offer a free, online vendor registration system, powered by Vendor Registry.

Invitation to Bidders

Whenever feasible and appropriate, the Science Center will also post listings of bid opportunities on this page. We have two areas of bid opportunities – general, which includes goods and services for the day to day operations of the Science Center, and facilities, which includes improvements to the Science Center’s building and physical grounds.

RFP Processes Currently Underway

The Saint Louis Science Center is seeking a creative agency with experience in exhibition and/or environmental design to act as a team member in the role of experience designer. The creative agency chosen will provide 2D and 3D design services to create an immersive and dynamic environment that communicates the content of the experience in a compelling, interesting and creative way. The experience is expected to utilize current technology, best practice engagement strategies for the Teen and Tween audience, and be designed in a flexible manner to allow for additions and changes to be made over the run of the experience.

DOCUMENTS

Proposal for services are due to SLSC by 10am CST on April 20, 2017. Proposals are to be submitted by e-mail to Christina Carlson, Project Manager.

The Saint Louis Science Center is currently requesting bids from graphic production houses with experience and expertise in the production of small and large scale graphics.

The Saint Louis Science Center benefits from community support with the help of the Metropolitan Zoological Park and Museum District. The Science Center appreciates such support and works to maintain a shared relationship by contracting with qualified businesses throughout St. Louis and St. Louis County as often as possible.
