The Science Center’s annual Science Uncorked event for adults ages 21 and up features over 80 wine and spirits for sampling, small plates, science demonstrations, live music and more. Enhance your experience and learn more about the wine- and spirits-making process with special guest speakers and demonstrations.

Adults 21+: $55, $60 at the door the day of the event
Members: $45, $60 at the door the day of the event
VIP Ticket: $100 for first access to tastings and food, VIP lounge with additional food and beverages, exclusive vendor interactions, valet parking and more.
Designated driver (non-alcohol drinking) tickets are available for purchase for $25 at the door the day of the event.
Please make sure to bring your ID to the event. IDs will be checked at the door.
